Winemaker’s notes: Attractive straw yellow with greenish reflections. Bright and with fine persistent bubbles. It offers cocktail aromas of citrus fruits, tropical fruits, and a note of rosehip. It is fruity, with the same notes perceived to the nose slightly sweet, long, pleasant, with bubbles of small grana that make it delicately persistent

Manual and transport to the winery in boxes of 18 kg

The elaboration:

BASE WINE PRODUCTION: The wines are made separately, fermented with yeasts selected to optimize the organoleptic qualities of each variety, at a temperature of 13 ºC – 15 ºC. Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, the cutting of all the wines is carried out, controlled by tasting and physical-chemical analysis
ELABORATION OF THE SPARKLING WINE: Fermentation of foam intake in 50hl stainless steel autoclaves on Charmat system with selected yeasts.
