Winemaker’s Notes: With a palette of intense reds and dark blues, and colorful nuances. A complex and refined aroma, where layers of red fruits, spices, and ripe bell pepper converge, finishing with vanilla and chocolate. Full-bodied, with fine, sweet tannins, and an intense flavor of fruit, spices, and paprika. Its excellent structure and creamy texture make it a wine with a long and pleasurable finish.

Elaboration: Traditional with fermentation lasting 20 to 30 days at 21 to 26°C. Malolactic fermentation with indigenous strains.

MERLOT

Winemaker’s Notes: Ruby red with violet hues, good legs, and a rich color. Subtle aromas with spicy notes, ripe bell pepper, plums, and blackberries in perfect balance with chocolate and vanilla. Medium-bodied with sweet tannins and a smooth, creamy texture. Spicy flavors, notes of plum and blackberries, and a good contribution from oak. Long finish.

CABERNET FRANC

Winemaker’s Notes: A deep ruby-red to violet color palette, with colored tears. A complex and exquisite nose, where layers of red fruits (raspberry and blackberry) converge, and the spiciness of ripe bell pepper integrates with the coffee and vanilla notes of toasted oak. Full-bodied. A sweet entry due to its fine tannins and an intense, fruity flavor, balanced with the same notes of ripe bell pepper and integrated oak. Paprika. It is a wine with a long and appealing finish.
